Product keys

Lost or forgot your product key?

and we'll send it along. Please give us a day to respond. Maybe less.

Never received your product key?

Your Flik product key was sent to the email address that you submitted via the purchase form. You can find it with the subject "Flik software product key". Copy and paste the key number into the software Settings menu to register your purchase. If you have trouble finding the message from us, please so we can help you recover it.

System requirements

Flik requires a Microsoft Windows operating system with the latest version of Microsoft .NET Framework installed. If you don't already have .NET Framework running, you will be prompted to install it during setup.

If you're on Mac OS X, you'll need to be running Parallels or Fusion to use Flik. Simply install Flik, as below, from within either Parallels or Fusion and we'll handle everything else.

How to install Flik

1. Download Flik from our website. Click that big button over there to download Flik.

2. Save the file. A window will open, asking you to save setup.exe. Click the Save File button.

3. Run the file. A window (may) open, asking you to run the file. Click the Run button.

4. Confirm installation. A window will open to install Flik. Click the Install button.

If you don't already have the latest version of Microsoft .NET Framework running on your computer, you'll be prompted to install it.

5. Watch it install. A window will open to install Flik. Just let it do its thing.

6. Allow firewall access. A window will open to change Windows Firewall settings. Under the "Allow Flik to communicate on these networks" line, check both Private and Public networks, as shown.

7. That's it! Flik will now be running on your computer, as shown. There will need to be at least one other computer on your network with Flik installed and open.
